Bug Description
STESP:
1. Install latest daily iso (Yakkety)
2. Login to the Unity8 Session
3. Note Screen stays on and the session is active
EXPECTED:
I expect the desktop session to act like the phone and blank and lock the screen after x minutes
ACTUAL:
Screen and session stay active meaning that people could potentially mess with the system.
