Bug Description

During manual upgrade we discovered that hostname and domain are remains unchanged by puppet manifests - only fuelmenu is able to change it; we have to enhance octane for avoiding it

Steps to repro:
Deploy initial environment using fuel-qa
Upgrade master node manually, do not change hostname and/or domain
Check /etc/hosts, /etc/hostname

Expected: hostname and domain should be restored

Workaround:
The correct hostname and domain have to be specified while reinstalling master node, it can be done through kernel parameters or in an interactive mode of fuelmenu.
