Shorter battery life after OTA-13

I have noticed a shorter battery life on Pro 5 after OTA-13. It was supposed to get better after the new power manager has been implemented, but the opposite happened. My estimate is about 20% worse battery life than on previous OTA-12.

it's unlikely, the causes of the wake ups are different.

I've got Pro5 and since OTA13 I also could notice bad battery life in comparison to OTA12. For me it seems to be related to an network issue, because on 2G mode battery life is very good. 3G or 4G mode is reconnecting a lot (especially in buildings) and that seems to drain the battery in my case.
