Crash when copy paste a triangle in line whith edit path with nodes tool

Repro :

- Start Inkscape 0.91
- draw a straight line with the triangle in option
- choose tool : edit path with nodes
- copy
- paste

Crash : Inkscape closes without saving

reproduced every time for me on windows 10 64 bits

Based on tests with archived builds (on OS X 10.7.5):
- not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.x (uses PaP LPE for triangle in/out)
- not reproduced with lp:inkscape r10895 (still uses PaP LPE)
- not reproduced with lp:inkscape r10896 (switched to Powerstroke LPE)
- not reproduced with lp:inkscape <= rev 13477
- reproduced with lp:inkscape rev >= rev 13481
- reproduced with Inkscape 0.91 r13725, lp:inkscape/0.92.x r15094.

The crash was possibly exposed with changes between 13477 and 13481:

Not reproduced in Inkscape 0.92.4 (5da689c313, 2019-01-14) and 1.1-dev (12e2a09, 2020-02-19) in Windows 10. If this issue occurs again, please reopen at Gitlab.
