API ref does not include If-Match, If-Modified-Since etc conditional headers for object HEAD requests

Bug Description

The API ref docs for object GET requests specify that If-[None-]Match and If-[Un]Modified-Since headers can optionally be used. These are missing from the object HEAD request headers list.

Added conditional headers to HEAD request documentation

    Currently, conditional headers, e.g. If-Match, If-Modified-Since, etc.,
    are listed for the GET objects API call, but not in the HEAD objects
    call in the api-ref documentation. This patch adds the missing headers
    to the HEAD documentation.
