[Plugin-CI] Ldap plugin multitest job

Currently we have only one deploy test running per commit to http://git.openstack.org/openstack/fuel-plugin-ldap, but we need run 2 deploy tests in parallel per commit to http://git.openstack.org/openstack/fuel-plugin-ldap.

Examples of needed deploy test jobs:

[1] https://product-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/9.x.ldap_deploy_test.ubuntu.plugin-ldap.mld_proxy/
[2] https://product-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/9.x.ldap_deploy_test.ubuntu.plugin-ldap.mld_no_proxy/

so we need one job which deploys Ldap plugin with proxy and other job which deploys Ldap plugin without proxy

As we are customising fuel-qa framework and are using custom frameworks, we need that tests were launched like this:

./run_system_test.py run system_test.deploy_env --with-config default

but before we need indicate plugin config - PLUGIN_CONFIG which can be mld_proxy.yaml or mld_no_proxy.yaml

All this is already done in [1] and [2] so we need just adjust https://github.com/fuel-infra/jenkins-jobs/blob/master/servers/plugin-ci/builders/plugin-ldap-deploy-test.sh similarly
