I am trying to install KDE plasma 5.6 using the following tutorial: http://www.tecmint.com/install-kde-plasma-5-in-linux/
My system has been updated to the current kernel release and I added the kubuntu pps repositories on top of those updates as well. At the very end it seems there is a packaging error it seems but it is only related to the following:

This is being run on ubuntu 16.04. I'm new to ubuntu so I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help to be offered would be greatly appreciated.
