[camera app] play videos inside the camera app, don't open with mediaplayer app

Bug Description
[camera app] play videos inside the camera app, don't open with mediaplayer app
as it is now it is very confusing and frustrating to find a video in a long list of videos (photo roll) because when you tap on play it opens the video with another app. it is also slow. a better way would be to just play the video in camera app
