Bug Description
A snap can be composed from more than a single part and this brings some issues regarding licensing.
A published Snap in the store has a license linked to it, but that can't be the license of the Snap itself since that's the license for the packaging work and not for what is packaged.
There should be a way for the store to list all licenses included in the Snap without having developers add all of them to the description.
A simple way to achieve this would be to introduce a license field for parts. Maybe apps should have it too if you think it makes sense.

Right, even a part could have multiple licenses, so this should be a
license list, and the whole snap would presumably default to having all
the embedded licenses.
