App window is not focused when opening from search

I saw there are other bugs open for situations where an application window will open in the background. This is slightly different. The application window does open in the foreground like it's supposed to, only it doesn't have any focus.

To Reproduce:

1. Click on "Applications" on slingshot, then type in a search, like for "terminal"
2. Press enter to start the terminal application
3. See that the application does not have focus and you have to click it to get focus

Expected result:

The application window is focused.

I do have a fix for this and am proposing it for a merge. The problem is that in the search code an application context is passed to the app launch method causes the loss of focus. Everywhere else in the slingshot code this is not the case. That's why if you just click the application icon in Slingshot the app will have focus, but if you search for the app it will not have focus when launched.
