Context menu: New Folders or New Documents created on Desktop are placed under unity launcher

Right click on Desktop > New Folder or New Document
The created file is placed half way under the unity launcher

Seems to go away after a bit so may be invalid. Will give so time to see..

is that still an issue? seems to work here and there were some fixes around the layout code before 16.10
