Bug Description

From #ubuntu-server:

<EmilienM> jamespage, coreycb: I think we found a regression in aodh packaging
<EmilienM> the process doesn't start anymore in Puppet Ci
 usage: aodh-api [-h] [--port PORT]
  aodh-api: error: unrecognized arguments: --config-file=/etc/aodh/aodh.conf --log-file=/var/log/aodh/aodh-api.log
 aodh-api.service: Main process exited, code=exited, status=2/INVALIDARGUMENT
--> liothe (~liothe@94.254.51.213) has joined #ubuntu-server
<EmilienM> it's happenning since a few minutes / hours - everything was working fine before

Upstream project switched to using wsgi_script; needs an associated systemd service unit update.

This bug was fixed in the package aodh - 3.0.0~rc1-0ubuntu3

---------------
aodh (3.0.0~rc1-0ubuntu3) yakkety; urgency=medium

  * d/aodh-api.service.in: Set listen port to 8042 to ensure that the
    wsgi_script generated binary actually listens on the correct port,
    configurable using a systemd override if need be.
    (LP: #1629796).
