Bug Description

/analytics/alarm-types shows the inbuilt alarms.

Inbuilt alarms are added in the config db during provisioning with https://bugs.launchpad.net/juniperopenstack/trunk/+bug/1602326

Hence /analytics/alarm-types should be removed.
