[Yakkety] WIFI disconnections, fail in reconnection introduced from Xenial

Hallo
Wily with latest mainline kernel works great so I assume this issue is not related to linux.
Starting from Xenial I cannot (or sometimes I can for few times and for few minutes) connect to my wireless, even the mobile modem frequently disconnect with problem reconnecting back.
Even now I cannot reconnect to my mobile modem so I have to use the usb wire to it.
