'Report a problem' doesn't work

Bug Description
When you right-click on any eOS app, chose "About", then click on "Report a Problem", it collects info then the following error appears:
"The problem cannot be reported:
The is not an official elementary package. Please remove any third party package and try again."
*Note, this is minutes after a fresh format, install.
