The Import SSH key button is styled as primary. Also, the copy is missing a word.

Bug description:

* Current result:

Given I am in the SSH section of the first use journey
When I import SSH keys
Then the button for importing says Import and is styled as a primary button.

* Expected/ correct result:

Given I am in the SSH section of the first use journey
When I import SSH keys
Then the button for importing should say Import key or "Import more keys", if one key has already been imported.
And it should be styled as a secondary button.

I'd would agree otherwise.

1. We are in the Import SSH key section.
2. Showing Import keys or Import more keys is a bit redundant because:
 - you are under section as per 1
 - you are doing the same process regardless of whether you have one or multiple or none
