There are no subbuilds in jenkins swarm runner job at 74th run

Reports are can not be generated in testrail due to empty fields in jenkins

At url[0] we got problem that 74-th run has empty subBulds section:

73rd contains subbuilds:

This behavior of swarm is introduced by srv88 which was down.
Now everything is fixed and api shows required information.
