Bug Description

Performing a do-release-upgrade from 14.04.5 (updated to mythtv 0.28 using mythbuntu repos in mythbuntu-control-centre) to 16.04.1 removes several components including:

* VLC
* HDHomeRun Control
* Mythtv Mythtbuntu Theme

Subsequently attempting to install VLC results in error "You have broken packages."

Workaround:

1. perform do-release-upgrade from 14.04.5 to 16.04.1 and reboot
2. sudo apt-get remove mythbuntu-desktop
3. sudo apt-get remove mythtv*
4. sudo apt-get install mythbuntu-desktop

removing all mythtv & mythbuntu packages then reinstalling mythbuntu-desktop reinstalls all the deleted packages and programs.
