Bug Description
16.04 x86_64bit Ubuntu Studio xfce-panel show the wrong month name in Indonesia locale,in Display show Pebruari but it's wrong,correct name is "Februari" in Indonesia localization

Seems to be an Xfce bug. Moving to correct package.
