Please sync smokeping 2.2.7-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu changes are merged into the latest Debian package. Also the "Set correct permissions on /var/run/smokeping", that's not mentioned in the debian changelog, but it's on diff.gz :) It builds fine in Hardy pbuilder.

Changelog since current hardy version 2.2.6-1ubuntu1:

smokeping (2.2.7-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Create /var/run/smokeping at startup if it doesn't exist.
    Patch from Ubuntu.
