Bug Description
It is not currently possible to determine user or tenant that initiated an action from within the ironic-conductor process, because these attributes are stripped off of the RequestContext when it is deserialized after RPC.
This makes it difficult to do things like log what user requested a node to be deployed. Now that keystone policy support is implemented, I think it's important to begin providing this information in conductor logs.
