Now we are in keystone v3 world. Project name is not enough. A combination of project name and domain name/ID is unique, so I think it is better to domain information in addition to project name. However, it is not limited to this bug and it seems better to tackle 'domain' things as a separate problem. Is this same as your understanding?

Marking incomplete; no patch is attached, and no response from the author. I think I was assigned when I rebased some work, but I'm unsure.

Change abandoned by Akihiro Motoki (<email address hidden>) on branch: master
Review: https://review.openstack.org/369988
Reason: Abandoned due to long inactivity and lack of consensus of replacing project IDs with names.
