Bug Description
After logging out and logging in desktop wallpaper looks all corrupted and visually glitchy.
I've uploaded screenshot as it is hard to explain what do I mean exactly.

I have done a clean installation of Loki.
CPU: Intel Core i5-3550
Memory: 8GB
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce GTX 670 with Nvidia binary driver version 361.42 (proprietary, tested)

Also affects me. i7 Loki with nvidia GTX 560ti 361 drivers.
