Bug Description
Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

What happened
A dialog pops up when someone logs into a user account about something called Clipit that talks about saving history (of what it doesn't say) and a security risk with using it.
The help built into help produces no results about Clipit. So, what history is it saving? How do I operate it? What are the security risks? Are there Ubuntu-specific issues or Ubuntu 16-04 issues?
Why is there no basic usage info in Ubuntu help? Or is this one of those goofy GUI-related apps where somebody builds a GUI app and thinks people are going to pull up a terminal window to man/grep/etc help? Or is this another case of, essentially, building my own article as I find bits and pieces of info across dozens of articles.
Resolution
Realize what this is currently an unfinished Ubuntu component and remove it before it blows up GRUB.
sudo apt-get remove clipit
