Attempting to add Vimeo account crashes Accounts.

When attempting to add a Vimeo account in "Accounts" (System Settings-->Personal-->Accounts-->Add account...-->Vimeo), a "loading" screen is shown, which then freezes... This screen never finishes "loading", and one must "swipe-close" the screen.

Reproduce:
- Access the "Accounts" settings and attempt to add a Vimeo account (System Settings-->Personal-->Accounts-->Add account...-->Vimeo).

Result:
- A blank screen is shown, with the word "loading" in the center of the screen. The screen remains like this, and clicking "Cancel" has no effect; one can "swipe-close" the screen using the standard task management gestures, however.

Expectation:
- That user is able to configure their Vimeo account, for use with the Vimeo Scope.
