Can't login with https invalid certificate

Dear developpers,
first to thank you to have added this very expected feature.
I have an owncloud server in University that uses own certificated hosts. So usually a connection to these host pop-up certificate warning.
When I try to login it replies directly "invalid host", I guess it's due to the unrecognized certificate.
