During bvt run[0] on 9.x there were an error with ubuntu bootstrap image creation.

Not sure why https://review.openstack.org/#/c/373129/ was merged without proper testing. Moreover, the bug it fixes does not really sound important enough to be fixed at this point of the release cycle when we are struggling to reach HCF state.

Folks, without this fix we will have mess data in Fuel CLI when json or yaml format is used for output.
