it inserts blank line automatically in chat window

When chatting with kopete the user on other end see messages with enter means if i type hi and send than other user see it as

prompt

hi
<enter>
prompt

This has been happening to me, using Kopete, with a friend of mine that uses Pidgin, for a few months now. It should be a simple fix once you look at the code...
