Bug Description
To reproduce:
1) Open firefox and gnome-terminal in rootless Xmir
2) Press Alt+`
Expected:
Nothing, there is not second firefox or gnome-terminal open
Result:
It switches between firefox/
Also on the counter argument alt+tab does nothing. I understand the issue is an Xmir *app* is an Xmir *app*. So they are really windows of Xmir, though they are different apps. This can confusing for some.

I think the only way to get this right is to wrap each X-app in its own Xmir.
