add git status notification

Hello!

I'm just trying out byobu and it's great! what a wonderful work!

I'm missing a git status notification support for the status bar. I guess it's a matter of parsing git status.
Some OhMyZsh themes do an excellent work representing current branch, are there modified files, behind / ahead from origin, etc in a very few little icons. Check it out just to get some ideas.
