Bug Description

There are two UI issues on the instance details overview tab.
- no space between the nav tabs and the first field (Name). This issue appears on all panels with nav tabs.
- misalignment in the security groups section.

    Fix alignment issues for nav-tabs and ul on details panels

    Added space between the nav-tabs and tab content on details panels.

    Removed the bullet points in front of instance IP addresses
    and security groups.
