Bug Description
We have a section for testing in the HACKING.md file. This should be improved.
It should explain the three different suites we have, and how to run them.
Also it should explain how to run the store integration tests against staging and production, and how to trigger a run using travis.
Finally, it would be good to explain the autopkgtests that gate releases to the deb archive.
