Ubuntu-emulator not working on Yaketty

This is the error before dropping to busybox

STEPS:
sudo apt install ubuntu-emulator
sudo ubuntu-emulator create --channel ubuntu-touch/rc/ubuntu rc-test
ubuntu-emulator run rc-test

EXPECTED:
Emulator runs and shows unity8 in the phone shell

ACTUAL:
Phone shell stay blank and the terminal session drops to the phones busybox session.

I just created and ran an emulator from rc as described and it brought up the OOBE. Can you retry?

Can we promote the images for use on 16.04 and earlier? few devs should be on Y at this time.

Xenial: EXT4-fs (mmcblk0): mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. Opts: errors=remount-ro
Yaketty: EXT4-fs (mmcblk0): couldn't mount RDWR because of unsupported optional features (400)

Changed the description as from the tests performed by QA the previous OTA (OTA-12) from the stable channel also fails to work. We have promoted OTA-13 emulator images as it all proves that the breakage is on the host machines and should be resolved there (as no emulator images will be working otherwise).
