Bug Description
Steps:
1)Create a tenant 'tester', user 'tester' in tenant 'tester' with role 'tester'
2) RBAC Project API Access CRUD for the same
3) create a VN 'vn1'
4) Verify 'vn1' on monitor-> netowkring -> networks
network created becomes visible on networks page only after logging out and logging in again
