Custom icons not shown when we enter search term

Bug Description
Somewhat similar to Bug #856528. But this happens only when I type and search for an application. Attached a video explaining the same.
Both of them are available in my home directory, and the shortcut (.desktop) was created by the IDE's themselves. Both the shorcuts placed in '/.local/
