Compose key section needs to be updated

As a fix of bug #1596152 the section "Compose key" was copied from the Precise version of tips-specialchars.page and pasted as is to the Yakkety version of that page. However, the GUI has changed a bit between Precise and Yakkety, and there is a need to modify the section accordingly.
