touchpad was not working at all

Dell inspiron 3527 model touch pad was not working during normal boot operation. I used external mouse to operate the system. Later I found that during boot following steps required to work on touch pad.

Step : Power on the system press 'F12' to enter boot screen and then continue to allow to boot the system this time touch pad will work.

without this above step touch pad not able to operate. Could you please suggest how to avoid this manual intervention.

Please open a new bug report with command "ubuntu-bug linux" in a terminal (ctrl + alt + t) if you're still experiencing this issue.
