Bug Description

At the doc [1] we have `5.0.12 or later` version for VBox for `Microsoft Windows 7, 8 x64 with Cygwin x64`. This means that we could use latest version, for now it is something like 5.1.*.
But we couldn't install Fuel with that version and we should use some version from 5.0.*

So, I suggest to pin version to 5.0.* and make some notice about 5.1.* version incompatibility.

Latest VBox 5.1.6 works OK with our scripts, intended for 9.x

Did you try a manual MOS 9.0 installation with VBox ? Or a scripted one?

I tried scripted installation. It seems to me that issue with latest VBox was solved here https://review.openstack.org/#/q/I19dfd0cb44d034e41e3b061f2107476907b78363,n,z
