Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Fuel 9.x
2. Install DVS plugin 3.1.0
3. Go to the network tab.
4. Go to the section others. And scroll to the Neutron VMware DVS ML2 plugin section.
5. Look at the description for text area "Enter the Cluster to dvSwitch mapping."
Expected result:
The description is clear and is located inside the white frame.
Actual result:
The description goes beyond in the UI. See attachments.
