[LOGS] DEBUG/INFO Log messages are missing in environment logs

While Deploying the fresh Environment using Fuel , we are not able to see the DEBUG/INFO logs even though we changed the log min level to DEBUG we can only see the NOTICE logs.

By default we should see the INFO logs.

Hello I have followed the below procedure.
1. Deployed the new Fuel ISO from the following link - http://artifacts.opnfv.org/fuel/colorado/opnfv-2016-09-16_10-58-16.iso on KVM.
2. Added 3 nodes ( Virtual Machines, Networking is taken care ).
3. Built Opendaylight plugin and installed to fuel.
4. created an environment and added the roles for the 3 nodes.
5. One Controller + Opendaylight Controller , 2 Computes with Cinder.
6. Selected Deploy the environment.
7. selected the nodes TAB and click on the show Logs for each node while deployment is in process ( installing Openstack).
8. In the LOGS TAB changed the MIN log level from INFO to DEBUG, Still i cant see any Logs, i can see only NOTICE or WARNING or ERR messages.
9. My Deployment is Successful and I am able to access the horizon and opendaylight UI as well.

PLease let me know for any other information.

@Guravareddy Did you actually set the settings of the cluster to config debug logging for the services?
