Can't see the details of a failed deployment

When a deployment fails, the GUI should show some useful information to let the user know what the failure is. Currently it just says "Deployment failed" and that's it.

We should display the output of heat resource-list (show the resources that are not CREATE_COMPLETE) and possibly also allow the user to click on any of the failed resources and then display the output of heat resource-show and/or heat deployment-show for that specific resource.
