wish: import option to case convert txn description

Bug Description
My credit card companies write everything in UPPERCASE, which is annoying because it's less readable, takes more space, and feels like someone is shouting at you :)
Instead of manually fixing every transaction, I'd like to be able to tell homebank to convert the casing for me during import, with the choices to have:
- Sentence case (only the 1st letter of the 1st word)
- Caps at Each Word Except the Particles*
* (like in https:/
Normal casing with a capital on each word could be acceptable if you want something simpler)

ucword
not sure I will do the 2nd, but will have a look at ucfirst
