Bug Description

Binary package hint: ndiswrapper-utils-1.9

I have install from Gutsy on my desktop. All work good, but when I start a big download or a big stream of data, Linux go in kernel panic (for example when i use amule).
For read the kernel msg i make a little bash program (a infinite cycle of tail and dmsg) and i have read some errors on ndiswrapper module.

My wireless pci card is an Hamlet:

01:00.0 Network controller: Texas Instruments ACX 111 54Mbps Wireless Interface

Now i use acx modules for, and it works well, but some times it lost the network and i must remove and reload acx module

tnx

It also happens to me, using amule and other programs (gutsy).
In kernel log, i found this entry:

Jan 3 19:50:39 sedonc kernel: [ 787.472000] ndiswrapper (NdisFreeBuffer:1180): invalid buffer

From the output of lspci:

06:02.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4318 [AirForce One 54g] 802.11g Wireless LAN Controller (rev 02)

Other details about my version of ndiswrapper and the driver i'm using:

[ 21.596000] ndiswrapper version 1.45 loaded (smp=yes)
[ 21.684000] ndiswrapper: driver bcmwl5a (Broadcom,12/22/2004, 3.100.46.0) loaded

Thank you for your works.
