Bug Description

Network "shared" attribute facet label is "0" and "1" instead of a more human readable "Yes" and "No" or "Shared" and "Private".

This problem may exist for other resource types with boolean value facets.

This is unfortunately what we get from neutron. We could annotate this server side but we'd have to add a separate field or modify the existing one, and in general we try not to change anything from the API responses, only add to them. The other option is to fix this in the UI; where fields are typed as boolean turn 1->Yes, 0->No.
