Due to huge debug info from fuel-qa it is hard to say what exactly happened. But looks like the procdure is failed during openstack deploy.

The last two jobs http://cz7776.bud.mirantis.net:8080/jenkins/view/Tempest_9.%D0%A5/job/9.x_Tempest_LVM_SSL/81/console and http://cz7776.bud.mirantis.net:8080/jenkins/view/Tempest_9.%D0%A5/job/9.x_Tempest_Ceph_no_ssl/100/console are failed because the glance client got error "HTTPUnauthorized: 401 Unauthorized: Authentication required (HTTP 401)"
