[CoreLibrary] Murano installs a lot of unnecessary dependencies like make, gcc, etc

Bug Description

This was originally done to build python and murano-agent, but this looks really excessive. Core library should only install what it needs and apparently just python-pip and git-core (to make agent git integration work)should be enough.

Same should be checked in the ConfLang instance files

Well, apparently you can't just delete all of them =) Need to test, to find out the minimum number of packages =)
