Bug Description
As of #1617576 the Map "Glacier Lake" cannot be used for "Territorial Lord"
> All the snow on the mountains is Winter snow, which is arable and so it counts as land to be
> conquered. But most of it couldn't be conquered because the height of the fields is such
> different that on most places a building couldn't be build.
This should perhaps be fixed by placing the "correct" snow on the hills.

The best solution would be to add a new snow unwalkable item to the available tiles, that looks exactly like the snow arable in the Winter-Terrain, and the use this instead.
