Bug Description

The configuration to build wcaxx.ko for the new A4A and A8A Digium cards is missing from dkms.conf.

I added the following lines to my dkms.conf:

------------

BUILT_MODULE_NAME[32]="wcaxx"
BUILT_MODULE_LOCATION[32]="drivers/dahdi/wcaxx/"
DEST_MODULE_LOCATION[32]="/kernel/drivers/telephony/dahdi"

------------

make, and make install installed the wcaxx.ko module correctly, and the card works.

Confirmed this is seen on Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS x86_64
Package: dahdi-dkms 1:2.10.2~dfsg-1ubuntu1

One small change to the patch in the description is that the wcaxx module is not built in a sub-directory

BUILT_MODULE_LOCATION[32]="drivers/dahdi/"

This is still an issue in 18.04.1 with dahdi 2.11
