audex under Xenial Xerus has no 'CDDB settings' options

Bug Description

audex has a section under:

Settings --> Configure Audex --> CDDB Settings

where CDDB settings can be entered manually. Under Xenial Xerus this whole section is missing. See discussion of this and relevant screenshots here:
