Bug Description
The module-list command attempts to determine whether the command is being run as admin in order to hide redundant fields from non-admin. The field has changed in V3 of keystone, so a check needs to be in place to determine the right location.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/ python- troveclient 2.8.0 release.
